Mindpicked is seeking a Financial Controlling and Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations, budgeting, and reporting for a leading client. The role emphasizes SAP-driven cost controlling, profitability analysis, and regulatory compliance within a dynamic finance team.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in accounting/financial controlling, strong analytical and leadership skills, and hands-on SAP experience to drive efficiency and strategic insights.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on SAP experience and strong financial reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage accounting operations and financial reporting processes.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Oversee cost accounting, cost controlling, profitability analysis and variance analysis.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Coordinate internal and external audit processes.
• Ensure effective use of SAP in accounting, reporting and cost controlling processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency and internal processes.
