Job summary

LC Waikiki is seeking a seasoned Buying Manager to drive sourcing for the brand, lead a high-performance team, and align cost, quality, and speed with sustainability and responsible procurement practices. The role emphasizes strategic process development and strong vendor management within a global fashion retail context.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in buying/product roles, superb analytical skills, and fluency in English to operate across functions and regions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably textile engineering), Business Administration, or related fields.
Extensive experience in buying or product areas (minimum 8 years).
Experience in analysis and reporting is essential.
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving are required.
Excellent planning and organizational abilities are required.
Fluent English or advanced level in foreign languages is preferred.

Source products aligned with brand style, needs, and budgets for the assigned brand.
Achieve financial, customer, employee, and supplier satisfaction goals within organizational principles.
Develop processes, systems, and structures to meet transformation goals (timelines, quality, pricing, fabric, supplier).
Create a high-performance team climate conducive to success.
Manage goal setting, planning, direction, development, coordination, and control activities.
Ensure accountability by making performance visible across the organization.
Identify potential risks and manage them proactively.
