Job summary

LC Waikiki is seeking a Buying Manager / Senior Buyer to lead sourcing for its brand in Turkey. The role requires strong analytical thinking, advanced planning, and at least 8 years' experience in buying or product areas, preferably Knitted & Woven, with fluency in English.

You will develop processes, systems, and structures to meet transformation goals, manage supplier relationships, and drive performance across timelines, quality, pricing, fabric, and risk control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in buying or product areas, preferably Knitted & Woven.
• Strong analytical thinking and reporting skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably textile engineering), Business Administration, or related fields.
• Preferably working as a Buying Manager / Junior Buying Manager / Merchandiser / Buyer / Product Manager / Junior Product Manager.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in buying or product areas (preferably Knitted & Woven).
• Experienced in analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
• Highly curious and eager to learn, with a research-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach.
• Experienced in strategy, process, and system improvement processes.
• Proficient in foreign languages at an advanced level (preferably fluent in English).
