Job summary

LC Waikiki is seeking a Buyer to drive product strategies for multiple markets, owning sourcing and buying across global suppliers. You will manage product groups with clear ownership of commercial results, balance cost, quality and speed, and align with brand direction and financial targets.

The role requires a minimum of four years in buying/merchandising in fashion retail, strong English, a Textile Engineering or related degree, and readiness for domestic and international travel.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in buying or merchandising within fashion retail.
• Good command of English.
• Degree in Textile Engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in international sourcing and supplier management.
• Flexibility for domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end responsibility for product groups, managing sourcing and buying activities across global supply countries (Turkey, Far East, Egypt).
• Operate within defined cost structures, margin targets and quality standards to ensure speed, competitiveness and profitability.
• Contribute to omnichannel growth, including e-commerce, while supporting sustainable and scalable results.
