Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management or Engineering (MBA/MIS a plus).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in financial reporting and budgeting.
• Good understanding of local GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with OLAP cubes and BI tools like Power BI or SAC.
• Excel proficiency and SAP S4/HANA FI-CO knowledge.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare stand-alone financial statements per Management Reporting Standards.
• Reconcile intercompany accounts with subsidiaries and support auditors.
• Assist annual budgeting process financially.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for top management.
• Support BI tool improvements (SAP S4/HANA, Power BI, SAC).
• Contribute to digitisation projects and data source solutions.
• Coordinate with audit teams during independent audit process.
• Prepare mandatory declarations for public enterprises (TURKSTAT, CBRT).
