Job summary

United Racing is seeking a highly analytical Budget and Reporting Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting efforts across the organization. You will drive performance analysis, develop management dashboards, and support strategic decision-making with robust insights.

The role requires strong English communication, 7+ years in finance, and audit experience, with ERP and reporting automation experience preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in finance-related functions.
At least 3 years of audit experience.
Proven budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting experience.
Fluent in written and spoken English; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes with business units.
Consolidate budgets and align with targets and priorities.
Monitor budget controls and ERP-based expense requests.
Drive reporting automation and system integration initiatives.
Perform profitability, efficiency, and cost analyses with actionable recommendations.
Develop and enhance management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
Provide monthly close support and financial reporting contributions.
Prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports for management.
Support IFRS reporting and intercompany consolidations.
Coordinate with auditors and stakeholders on reporting requirements.
