Job summary

Randstad Türkiye is seeking a Budget and Financial Planning Specialist / Senior Specialist for a prominent metals and mining holding group. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, cost analyses, and management reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of FP&A experience, a finance-related degree, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and fluent English. Knowledge of Russian is a plus; you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, timely insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
5–7 years in FP&A, budgeting and analysis roles.
Experience in manufacturing or industrial companies preferred.
Proven ability to prepare monthly cost analyses, budget vs. actual reports, and variance analyses.
Strong understanding of P&L and its drivers.
EBITDA analysis and management reporting experience.
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, variance models) and PowerPoint for presentations.
Excellent English communication skills mandatory.
Russian language knowledge is a strong advantage.
Analytical mindset with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly financial performance reports including cost, EBITDA and variance analyses.
Conduct budget vs. actual comparisons with explanations for deviations.
Support budgeting and forecasting with relevant data and variance insights.
Develop and deliver monthly management presentations on financial indicators and trends.
Improve internal reporting tools and templates for efficiency and transparency.
Collaborate with accounting, operations and other departments to ensure data accuracy.
Track and analyze CAPEX spending and ensure alignment with budgets.
