Job summary

Ülker, part of pladis Global, invites an FP&A Specialist to join the pladis Finance team in Türkiye. In this role you will contribute to budgeting, reporting, and profitability analyses across categories, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will collaborate with management to deliver financial insights, maintain IFRS compliance, and support CMB reporting. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in controlling or auditing are required, with strong Excel and SAP skills and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years in controlling or financial audit, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong ability to review financial statements and prepare reports under deadlines.
• Fluent in English with solid communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in annual budgeting and variance analyses; present to management.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and ad-hoc analyses.
• Conduct category- and product-level profitability analyses with budget-actual comparisons.
• Develop financial analyses, presentations, and management reports.
• Support Capital Markets Board reporting and compliance processes.
