Job summary

adidas is seeking an Allocation and Trading professional for Factory Outlets to support initial store allocations and replenishment processes. You will help ensure stock availability aligns with store sales plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams on launches and shipments.

The role requires strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, and adaptability to fast-changing market needs in a global sports brand context.

• 0-1 year typical relevant work experience
• Strong Excel and analytical abilities

Responsibilities

• Define initial allocations to cover store needs and optimize stock by channel ranges.
• Prepare weekly KPIs and reports for in-season replenishment.
• Contribute to markdown decisions for FO channel within global and local guidelines.
• Coordinate stock flow from DTC to FO channels to maintain relevance and margins.
• Assist in FO assortment planning based on guidance from Global and Local ranges.
• Collaborate with marketing and OBF teams to track launches and shipments.
• Coordinate with District Managers to monitor stock needs and actions.
• Replenish FO stores from excess stock and other channels.
