Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a structured retail environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to coach sales staff.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify and enforce exceptional Customer Experience (CX) standards in the store.
• Identify CX issues through feedback, training, and coaching; lead recruitment and development of staff.
• Coordinate with Deputies for workforce planning and ensure alignment with retail calendar and project timelines.
• Analyze business performance using data from BI tools to improve sales and KPIs.
