Job summary

PVH Corp. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead and coach the sales team, ensuring exceptional client experiences and a seamless omni-channel operation. You will oversee back office, visual merchandising, stock management and daily store performance reporting to drive selling excellence.

Reporting to the Store/District Manager, you will set daily service goals, monitor KPIs, and support recruitment and development while integrating company content and branding across the store floor.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a structured environment.
• Experience with RFID systems.
• Proficient use of Excel.
• Good organization and collaboration skills and abilities.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Fluent in English and Turkish; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Sales Team with training and feedback to improve performance.
• Manage Back Office, Visual Merchandising, stock and omnichannel activities.
• Create a positive selling environment and set daily customer service goals.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze reports to drive action and improvements.
• Support Store Manager in recruitment and staff development; cascade company content daily.
• Coordinate stock and back office to ensure optimal stock and mix; conduct stock checks.
