Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Sr. Technology Enablement Manager to drive AI/ML solutions in Türkiye, translating business and technical requirements into optimized offerings.

The role partners with Sales, Engineering, and channel partners to deliver end-to-end AI solutions for enterprise, data-center and cloud deployments. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technology roles, deep knowledge of AI frameworks and GPUs, and fluency in Turkish and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer hardware technology preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of system technology-related experience preferred (Turkish or regional market advantageous).
• Knowledge of AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Supermicro AI solutions to customers on site in Türkiye, through remote webinars and at events.
• Become a thought leader on Supermicro AI/ML and Deep Learning solutions for Turkish market needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Management, Operations and partners to provide AI/ML computing solutions.
• Provide subject matter expertise on GPUs, Enterprise AI, AI in cloud, hybrid-cloud and on-prem environments; advise decision-makers in Turkish organizations.
• Deliver product trainings to internal teams, sales teams, and channel partners in Türkiye.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design data-center AI solution proposals for RFIs and RFPs in Türkiye.
• Assist sales and help approve customer configurations suited to local requirements.
• Travel within Türkiye to meet customers and support opportunity development.

Job Summary:

The (Sr.) Technology Enablement Manager will be part of a growing, dynamic, highly focused Technology Enablement team responsible for developing new and expanding existing opportunities in the Turkish and broader regional IT market, with a strong focus on AI/ML workloads, GPU Acceleration, and the suites of advanced solutions supporting these domains. The ideal candidate will translate business and technical requirements from Turkish enterprise, public-sector, and service-provider clients into optimized solutions. This role partners closely with cross-functional engineering, Business Development Managers (BDMs), sales teams, and local channel partners to deliver solutions to end customers across Türkiye.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate Supermicro AI solutions and products to customers on site in Türkiye, through remote webinars, and at local/regional events & tradeshows.
• Become a thought leader on Supermicro AI/ML and Deep Learning solutions tailored to Turkish market needs (enterprise, data-center, cloud, hybrid, and on-prem deployments).
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Management, Operations, and local partners to provide and support AI/ML and Deep Learning computing solutions.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise on GPUs, Enterprise AI, AI in cloud, hybrid-cloud computing, and on-prem environments using state-of-the-art technologies; act as a trusted advisor to influential decision makers in Turkish organizations.
• Deliver product trainings to internal teams, sales teams, channel partners, and customers in Türkiye.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design data-center AI solution proposals that influence and win enterprise and public-sector decisions on RFIs and RFPs in the Turkish market.
• Assist sales and help approve customer configurations suited to local requirements, infrastructure, and regulations.
• Travel within Türkiye (and occasionally regionally) to meet customers and support opportunity development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience within computer hardware technology is preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of system technology-related experience preferred (experience in the Turkish or regional market is a strong advantage).
• Knowledge of AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.
• Understanding of acceleration technologies including GPUs, TPUs, IPUs & FPGAs.
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with customers; fluency in Turkish and English is required (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to lead extended teams and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of PC/server market trends, data-center growth, AI adoption, and Supermicro customer needs specifically in Türkiye.
• Ability and willingness to travel within Türkiye to meet customers.
