Four Seasons Istanbul Sultanahmet'te Spa (Cleaning) Attendant olarak çalışacak, günlük operasyonlarda spa alanlarının temizliğini sağlar ve misafir ihtiyaçlarına destek olur. Bu pozisyon, Spa Müdürü'ne rapor verir ve konuk odaklı hizmet sunumunda gelişim sağlar.

Şu anda Turizm veya Konaklama alanında eğitim görmekte olan adaylar tercih edilir. Türk vatandaşlığı veya Türkiye çalışma izni olanlar başvurabilir. Tam zamanlı çalışma ve özel eğitim olanakları sunulur.

Qualifications

• Turizm veya konaklama alanında eğitim gören veya yakın zamanda mezun.
• Temel günlük müşteri etkileşimi için İngilizce iletişim becerisi.
• Spa, Fitness ve Wellness ortamlarına ilgi; iletişim ve takıma uyum becerisi.

Responsibilities

• Spa, fitness ve konuk alanlarının temizliğini ve düzenini sürdürmek.
• Konuklara bilgi verip yönlendirme yaparak misafir odaklı ortam sağlamak.
• Spa olanakları, ekipman ve malzemelerin hazırlanmasına yardımcı olmak.
• Temel idari görevler ve diğer departmanlarla koordinasyonu desteklemek.
• Hijyen, güvenlik ve Four Seasons standartlarına uymak.

About the role:

The Spa (Cleaning) Attendant supports the Spa & Wellness team in daily operations while learning and gaining hands-on experience in a luxury spa environment. In this role, you will assist with maintaining the spa facilities, supporting guest needs, and ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere.

You will play an important part in delivering a smooth guest experience while developing your skills in line with Four Seasons standards. This position reports to the Spa Manager.

What you will do:

• Support daily spa operations by maintaining cleanliness and organization of all spa, fitness, and guest areas
• Assist guests with basic information, directions, and ensure a welcoming environment
• Help monitor and prepare spa amenities, equipment, and supplies (towels, robes, products, etc.)
• Support the team with basic administrative tasks, spa systems, and coordination with other departments
• Follow hygiene, safety, and Four Seasons service standards at all times

What you bring:

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
• Basic conversational English for daily guest interaction
• Interest in Spa, Fitness, and Wellness environments
• Good communication skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Attention to detail, cleanliness, and willingness to learn
