Job summary

Four Seasons Istanbul is seeking a Server (Waiter) to join our Food & Beverage Outlets team. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure guests have a memorable dining experience aligned with our luxury standards.

The role requires a hotel school diploma or equivalent and 2–3 years in F&B service, Turkish as a must, with English preferred. This is a local, full-time position in Istanbul’s historic district, with extensive learning opportunities and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Hotel school diploma or equivalent, plus 2–3 years in F&B service.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage service and guest interaction.
• Turkish is required; English language skills are preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Micros) and basic reporting.

• Prepare the restaurant setup for service and ensure all areas are clean, organized, and ready
• Take guest orders, serve food and beverages, and provide menu recommendations
• Maintain product knowledge and promote items to enhance the guest dining experience

• Support smooth service flow while maintaining Four Seasons standards and guest satisfaction

About The Role

The Server (Waiter) is part of the Food & Beverage Outlets team and plays a key role in delivering a high-quality dining experience to our guests. In this role, you will take orders, provide attentive service, and ensure guests feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout their visit. You will contribute to maintaining the service excellence and guest-focused culture of Four Seasons while working closely with your team and supervisors.

What You Will Do

What You Bring

• Hotel school diploma or equivalent experience with minimum 2–3 years in F&B service
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage service and guest interaction
• Good communication skills with a guest-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Micros) and basic reporting
• Turkish required; intermediate level of English is preferred
