Four Seasons İstanbul Sultanahmet’te konumlanan konuklarına layık hizmet sunan bir Sunucu (Garson) olarak aramıza katılacak kişiyi arıyoruz. Misafirlerin siparişlerini almak, yiyecek ve içecekleri servis etmek ve menü önerileriyle deneyimi zenginleştirmek ana görevlerdir.

Türkçe ana dilde, İngilizce tercihen orta seviyede iletişim yeteneğine sahip olmak beklenir. Tam zamanlı çalışılan bu rolde ekip çalışması ve Four Seasons standartlarına bağlılık esastır.

Qualifications

• Otel servisi alanında en az 2–3 yıl deneyim ve ilgili eğitim.
• Yiyecek ve içecek servisi ile misafir etkileşimi konusunda güçlü bilgi.
• Misafir odaklı yaklaşım ve iyi iletişim becerileri gereklidir.
• POS sistemleri (Micros) konusunda aşinalık ve temel raporlama becerisi.
• Türkçe zorunlu; İngilizce için orta seviye tercih edilir.

Responsibilities

• Resepsiyon ve oturma alanlarını servis öncesi hazırlayın, temiz ve düzenli tutun.
• Misafirlerin siparişlerini alın, yiyecek-içecek servis edin ve menü önerileri sunun.
• Ürün bilgisiyle misafir deneyimini zenginleştirin ve önerilerde bulunun.
• Fatura kesimi, günlük raporlar ve doğru nakit/POS işlemlerini yönetin.
• Four Seasons standartlarına uygun hizmet akışını sürdürün ve misafir memnuniyetini sağlayın.

About the role:

The Server (Waiter) is part of the Food & Beverage Outlets team and plays a key role in delivering a high-quality dining experience to our guests. In this role, you will take orders, provide attentive service, and ensure guests feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout their visit.

You will contribute to maintaining the service excellence and guest-focused culture of Four Seasons while working closely with your team and supervisors.

What you will do:

• Prepare the restaurant setup for service and ensure all areas are clean, organized, and ready

• Take guest orders, serve food and beverages, and provide menu recommendations

• Maintain product knowledge and promote items to enhance the guest dining experience

• Handle billing, daily reports, and ensure accurate cash and POS transactions

• Support smooth service flow while maintaining Four Seasons standards and guest satisfaction

What you bring:

• Hotel school diploma or equivalent experience with minimum 2–3 years in F&B service

• Strong knowledge of food & beverage service and guest interaction

• Good communication skills with a guest-oriented mindset

• Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Micros) and basic reporting

• Turkish required; intermediate level of English is preferred
