Job summary

MAN Türkiye A.Ş. is seeking a qualified Automotive SPICE assessor to evaluate software processes and support process improvement across development teams in Ankara. You will lead SPICE assessments, identify gaps, and work with process owners to drive corrective actions.

Strong English and German skills are required, with certified SPICE credentials. The role focuses on automotive/embedded software lifecycles, governance, and securing compliant, traceable quality across supplier and internal

• Strong knowledge of ASPICE process categories and lifecycle activities.
• Experience in software development life cycle and quality assurance for automotive/embedded domains.

Responsibilities

• Assess maturity and capability levels of software development processes.
• Identify gaps and non-conformities against Automotive SPICE standards.
• Support process improvement planning and deployment.
• Define action plans with process owners and monitor progress.
• Collaborate to implement corrective actions and monitor development indicators.
• Report deviations to management and assist supplier assessments.

• Assess maturity and capability levels of software development processes.
• Identify gaps and non-conformities against several standards and norms (Automotive SPICE, Functional Safety, Cyber Security)
• Support process improvement planning and deployment
• Setup of an action plan to monitor identified gaps and track improvement actions to closure
• Collaborate with process owners to implement corrective actions
• Monitor and track development indicators against defined target values
• Report and (if necessary) elevate to management when project deviations are identified
• Support supplier assessments and monitor compliance.
• Define and optimize processes together with the development team

Qualifications

• Min 3 Years of experience in this field.
• Language skills: English and German at least B2 level
• Certified Provisional Assessor or Process Expert – Automotive SPICE® (intacs™ certified).
• Strong experience in software development life cycle and quality assurance in automotive/embedded domains.
• In-depth knowledge of ASPICE process categories.
• Proven experience conducting formal assessments independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of software and system testing
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
