Trend yol is hiring a Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain core systems for our commerce platform. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance services used by millions of users worldwide.

You’ll help shape backend architecture, ensure seamless integration with other services, and continuously improve reliability, observability, and performance in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• TeamPlayer: Humble, lifelong learner with a customer-first mindset.
• PracticalKnowledge: Proficient in OOP, DesignPatterns, CleanCode, SoftwareCraftsmanshipculture, Refactoring, Unit, and IntegrationTesting.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in Java, Go, C#, Scala, Kotlin, or Node.js.
• DatabaseManagement: Experience with relational/non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Couchbase, etc.).
• MessagingPatterns: Experience with saga, outbox, and brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ.
• CI/CDExperience: Proficient in CD/CI, with Terraform familiarity.
• BackendServices: Experience building backend services with mainstream frameworks.
• AgileMindset: Agile-minded team player with strong communication skills.
• DistributedSystems: Preferably fault-tolerant, loosely coupled architectures.
• ContainerizedExperience: Kubernetes, observability, monitoring, and resource optimization.

ABOUTTHEROLE

As a Backend Developer at Trendyol, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining the core systems that power our products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that millions of users rely on every day. Leveraging modern technologies and best practices, you will help shape our backend architecture, ensure seamless integration with other services, and continuously improve our platforms to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Expected Qualifications

• TeamPlayer: Humble, lifelong learner with a customer-first mindset.

• BackendServices: Experience in building backend services using mainstream frameworks.
• AgileMindset: Agile-minded team player with strong communication skills.
• DistributedSystems: Preferably experienced in fault-tolerant and loosely coupled distributed architectures.
• ContainerizedExperience: Experience with Kubernetes, observability, monitoring, and resource optimization as a significant plus.
• LanguageSkills: Good command of written and spoken English.
