Job summary

Bosch Home Comfort seeks a software engineer to develop control software based on product and process requirements. You will discuss concepts with internal and external developers, design and implement software—including unit tests—using Simulink, C++, DSL, and Python.

You will release software versions following quality procedures, create automated tests, and collaborate with global teams to ensure standards are met.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in software-related field with at least 3 years of related work experience.
• Experience with Simulink, C++, and Python is essential.
• Solid understanding of modern software development techniques and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with software debugging and testing.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.

Responsibilities

• Developing control software based on product and process requirements.
• Discussing and defining concepts with internal and external developers.
• Designing, documenting, and implementing software—including unit tests—based on the defined architecture.
• Implementing new features in Simulink, C++, DSL, and Python for pipeline development.
