Siemens Mobility Turkey R&D is seeking an Embedded Software Development Engineer specializing in Linux, C/C++, and network communication to join our multi-site team.

You will design, implement, test, and document software for embedded systems, participate in code reviews, and help optimize OS scheduling and IPC on Ethernet-enabled platforms.

Strong English, collaborative mindset, and willingness to travel align with our diverse, global team.

Qualifications

• BSc, MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Electronics, Control Engineering or related area.
• 5+ years of experience developing software in Linux environment for embedded systems.
• C/C++ programming for embedded systems.
• Experience in Linux Embedded systems.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Software design and development activities.
• Software design and documentation.
• Participating in code-review process.
• Taking part in the complete product life cycle.
• Software design, implementation, documentation, unit tests, module tests, debugging and release tasks in a multi-site environment.
