Job summary

Bosch Home Comfort is seeking an Application Software Development Engineer to develop control software from product and process requirements and discuss concepts with both internal and external developers. You will design, document and implement software, including unit tests, and contribute to feature implementation in Simulink, C++, DSL and Python for pipeline development.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Software Engineering, CS, EE or related field with 3+ years experience.
• Experience with Simulink, C++, and Python is essential.
• Solid understanding of modern software development techniques.
• Hands-on debugging and testing experience.
• Strong analytical, proactive and hands-on mindset.
• Agile development experience is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills.

• Developing control software based on product and process requirements.
• Discussing and defining concepts with both internal and externally located developers.

• Experience with Simulink, C++, and Python is essential.

• Hands-on experience with software debugging and testing.
• Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset, dynamic attitude, and a hands-on mentality.
• Experience with Agile development is a plus.
