Nakitera in Marmara region seeks a Software Development Team Lead to guide a backend group in building scalable microservices, APIs, and secure payment-oriented services.

You will mentor engineers, drive architectural decisions, collaborate with product and QA, and integrate AI-powered development practices while ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience, with 2+ years of hands-on team leadership.
• Extensive experience with Java and Spring Boot (or similar JVM-based frameworks).
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining microservices-based architectures.
• Experience with AI-powered development processes, including Spec-Driven Development (SDD).
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and backend architecture.
• Familiarity with SOAP and XML technologies and messaging systems like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Experience designing scalable, distributed systems and knowledge of payments/fintech domain a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of backend engineers, fostering technical excellence.
