Responsibilities

• Create and manage social media content for products and Teknasyon: The Venture OS.
• Keep communications engaging for business and end users.
• Monitor trends and translate them into on-brand ideas.
• Support design and publishing using AI tools; shoot/edit simple videos when needed.
• Plan day-to-day content calendars across platforms.
• Write and adapt copy in English for various formats.
• Collaborate with teammates and external partners.
• Analyze content performance and apply insights.

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who wants to grow with us and use AI to make our content feel native and natural all around the world. This role is not just about executing tasks; it's an opportunity to directly influence how our products are perceived by users across different continents.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Create and manage social media content for our products, while also contributing to Teknasyon: The Venture OS social media efforts.
• Keep communication engaging and relevant for both business audiences and end users.
• Follow social media trends closely and quickly turn them into on-brand content ideas.
• Support social media design and publishing by using AI tools to enable fast content production, and contribute with simple video shooting and editing when needed.
• Plan and execute day-to-day content calendars across platforms, contributing ideas to the overall social media direction.
• Write and adapt copy in English for different platforms and formats.
• Collaborate closely with teammates and external partners.
• Track content performance and use insights to improve what we publish.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of social media experience, including time at an agency.
• Strong command of social media trends and platform dynamics.
• Confidence using AI tools for visual and video content creation.
• Ability to handle simple video shooting and editing for quick production needs is a plus.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience creating content for brands that speak to both business audiences and end users is a plus.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally.
• A solution-oriented, proactive mindset, and the curiosity to keep learning and grow with the team.
