Job summary

Diageo seeks a Process Safety Specialist for the Alasehir site in Turkey to implement Process Safety policies, identify hazards, and maintain robust risk controls across operations.

The role leads HAZOP/LOPA studies, supports MOC and PSSR, and works closely with Production, Maintenance, and Engineering to strengthen process safety culture and ensure compliant, safe operations on site.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Process Safety, Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, or HSE.
• Good command of English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HAZOP, LOPA and other risk assessment studies with clear actions tracked to completion.
• Support MOC, PSSR and ensure process safety requirements in projects.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance and Engineering to promote safe behaviors and share lessons learned.
