GÜRİŞ HOLDİNG is recruiting for a Site Chief on a full-time basis at the Artvin Yusufeli Mining Plant Project. The selected candidate will lead on-site construction activities, coordinate subcontractors and ensure alignment with the project scope, schedule, cost and quality targets.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of experience in mining or industrial plants, NATM tunnel experience, and strong leadership with excellent English; familiarity with OHS and EIA processes is required.

Qualificações

• Civil Engineering degree preferred.
• Min 10 years of project experience in large-scale mining or industrial plants.
• Experience in NATM tunnel construction.
• Knowledge of ground improvement, retaining structures, slope stabilization and drainage.
• Experience as Site Chief or in senior project management.
• Knowledge of OHS, environmental management and EIA processes.
• Experience with stakeholder relationships and project stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the site construction activities of the project.
• Ensure construction activities are managed to scope, schedule, cost and quality objectives.
• Manage construction activities and coordinate Testing and Commissioning activities.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
• Contribute to monitoring master schedule, critical path, budget, costs, risks and progress.
• Ensure implementation of HSE, environmental and quality requirements throughout the project.

Fort his role, you will be assigned to SANTRAL MINING, one of our subsidiaries, on a full-time basis at the Artvin Yusufeli Mining Plant Project construction site, in accordance with the qualifications specified below.

Required Qualifications

• Preferably a graduate of Civil Engineering,
• Minimum 10 years of project experience in large-scale mining or industrial plant projects,
• Experience in NATM tunnel construction,
• Knowledge and experience in ground improvement, retaining structures, slope stabilization, drainage and similar geotechnical applications,
• Experience in the construction and commissioning of at least one plant project of a similar type,
• Experience as a Site Chief or in a similar senior project management position,
• Knowledge of OHS, environmental management, relevant legislation and EIA processes,
• Experience in managing relationships with local stakeholders and project stakeholders,
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills,
• Good command of English,
• Completed military service or exempt from military service (for male candidates)

• Ensure the implementation and continuous compliance with HSE, environmental and quality requirements throughout the project.
