Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to lead, recognize, and train talent.

• Willingness to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Lead crew meetings and communicate procedures and promotions.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Handle cash procedures and deposits when on shift.
