Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Breakfast Manager for our Hardee's location in Trabzon. You will supervise the breakfast shift, uphold food quality, safety, and cleanliness, and drive guest satisfaction while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably Valid Driver's License.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Ensure all breakfast equipment and stations are cleaned and properly maintained.
• Provide coaching and discipline as warranted; assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct crew team meetings to discuss procedures, safety, and training.
• Manage inventory and control food cost variances for breakfast items.
• Maintain records and reports per company standards and regulations.
• Oversee cash procedures and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Assist with scheduling and labor cost management.
• Help interview and hire staff in line with company policies.
