Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience.
• At least 3 years in construction supervision or infrastructure projects in water/wastewater.
• Experience on EU or international funded projects is preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills; English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of construction activities on site.
• Site management and coordination with contractors and project teams.
• Monitoring and controlling construction progress.
• Quality assurance and QA/QC of works and documentation.
• Review of technical reports and site records.
• Prepare progress reports and technical inputs.
• Participate in site and coordination meetings.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, timelines, and safety rules.
• Assist communication with contractors and stakeholders.
