Job summary

PLANET S.A. is seeking an experienced Team Leader / Project Manager for a major water and wastewater infrastructure project in Hatay and Osmaniye, Türkiye.

The successful candidate will manage the project team, supervise construction works, coordinate experts and stakeholders, and ensure delivery within contractual requirements. A strong background in water/wastewater projects and FIDIC-based contracts is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• University degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of professional experience in water/wastewater sector.
• Experience in at least two FIDIC-based construction supervision projects.

Responsibilities

• Overall management and coordination of the project and supervision team
• Coordination of experts and task allocation to ensure timely delivery
• Supervision of construction activities and monitoring progress against timelines
• Liaison with Employer, contractors and stakeholders
• Monitoring contractual, technical and financial aspects of the project
• Preparation and coordination of project reports and documentation
• Identification and management of project risks and corrective actions
• Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and quality standards
• Supporting implementation of the Works Contract in line with FIDIC requirements
