Job summary

n11.com is seeking a Design Specialist to craft high-quality visuals for campaign communications, digital experiences, and brand storytelling. You will collaborate with Growth, Sales, Category, Product, and Publishing teams to deliver creative solutions across web and print media, ensuring on-brand visuals and strong user experience.

The role requires a strong eye for detail, 7+ years in graphic design, and proficiency with Photoshop/Illustrator, with Figma knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
7+ years of experience in graphic/visual/creative design.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of Figma preferred.
Experience in both digital and print design, including print production/pre-press.
Experience in responsive web and mobile design and brand identity consistency.

Responsibilities

Design campaign pages, landing pages, banners, print materials, and digital ads.
Create visuals for seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions, and brand communications.
Collaborate with Growth, Sales, Category, Product, and Publishing teams.
Translate objectives into effective visual communication and maintain brand standards.
Develop responsive designs for web and mobile; prepare production-ready files.
Collaborate with Publishing to ensure accurate publication and QA after launch.
Focus on accessibility, user experience, and performance improvements.
Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance ideation and production workflows.
