Job summary

Tersane İstanbul is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. You will translate brand identity into compelling visuals across digital and print channels.

You will design ads, brochures, invitations, signage, and campaign assets, collaborating with Marketing, Events, Hospitality, and Retail to deliver on-brand experiences. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio in branding, digital design, print design, and marketing communications.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, motion graphics, or video editing is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Experience with brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency.
• Excellent attention to detail and multi-project management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual designs in line with brand identity and strategy.
• Design marketing materials: digital ads, social content, brochures, and signage.
• Create assets for campaigns, events, partnerships, and activations.
• Adapt materials for digital platforms, websites, email marketing, social media.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Events, Hospitality, Retail, and other teams.
• Prepare artwork files for production and coordinate with suppliers.
• Support photography, video, and content projects with graphic input.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
• Stay updated with design trends and new technologies.
