Job summary

Maa-Althahab is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our branding and marketing team. You will create visuals for websites, packaging, books, magazines, and corporate reports, translating briefs into compelling designs.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of graphic design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related AI tools. Collaboration with the Art Director is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field.
• 2-3 years of proven graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills.
• Proficient in design software and AI tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Firefly.

Responsibilities

• Study design briefs and define requirements to produce graphics, logos, layouts and photos.
• Manage multiple design requests with same-day execution and delivery.
• Implement revisions to deliver production-ready visuals.
• Test graphics across media and adjust designs after feedback.
• Develop high-quality print and digital visuals in line with brand guidelines.
• Prepare physical mockups for design validation and review.
• Communicate layouts and design with the Art Director or supervisor.
• Conceptualise visuals based on requirements and seek approvals.
• Apply appropriate colours and layouts to each graphic.
• Collaborate with team to produce final designs.
• Ensure visuals are on-brand and visually appealing.
• Seek opportunities to learn and experiment with new visual styles.
