Job summary

GoWit Technology is seeking a creative Brand & Marketing Designer to join our marketing team. You will shape our brand identity and design high quality visual assets for digital and print, supporting sales and marketing efforts.

You will design pitch decks, product dashboards visuals, social media creatives, brochures, and event materials, collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent branding across all channels.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of design, branding, or creative experience.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong presentation design and visual storytelling abilities.
• Ability to translate complex product/tech concepts into clear visuals.
• Experience with digital and print design processes and brand systems.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets across digital and print channels, supporting our marketing and sales efforts, and ensuring consistency across all brand communications.

Responsibilities

• Design pitch decks, presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials for sales and marketing teams,
• Create custom product dashboard visuals, mockups, illustrations, and design assets from scratch when needed,
• Design social media creatives and campaign assets,
• Produce one-pagers, brochures, sales collateral, and other marketing materials,
• Contribute to branding, design, and creative development projects,
• Ensure consistency across brand identity, visual language, and communication materials,
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate ideas into compelling visual experiences,
• Prepare print-ready materials for events, conferences, trade shows, and other offline marketing activities.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in design, branding, or creative roles,
• Proficiency especially in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.),
• Strong presentation design and visual storytelling skills,
• Ability to translate complex product and technology concepts into clear, engaging visuals,
• Solid understanding of both digital and print design processes,
• Experience in brand development and visual identity systems,
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and communication skills,
• Ability to take ownership of design projects and collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and product teams,
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience working within a marketing team,
• Experience in B2B SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or technology companies,
• Basic video editing skills for social media and marketing content,
• Ability to create simple animations and motion-based social media content,
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and ChatGPT,
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
