edari seeks a talented UX/UI Designer to lead design for mobile and web applications, ensuring a seamless, engaging user experience across responsive platforms and client websites for a Turkey-based investment fund client.

You will translate business goals into intuitive UI/UX, collaborating with product, technology and stakeholders to design for iOS, Android, mobile web, and responsive web apps from concept to implementation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design, or related.
4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or digital product design.
Strong hands-on experience designing mobile applications for iOS and/or Android.
Demonstrable experience designing web applications and responsive websites.
Advanced proficiency in Figma.
Experience with other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator is preferred.
Strong understanding of UI design, interaction design, information architecture, usability, visual hierarchy, typography, layout, colour, and composition.
Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
Experience developing and maintaining design systems and reusable UI components.
Good understanding of iOS and Android design standards and conventions.
Experience working closely with developers and understanding practical considerations of implementing UI designs.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in visual design and user experience.
Ability to manage multiple design requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Design intuitive, engaging, and visually polished mobile application interfaces for iOS and Android.
Design responsive and user-friendly interfaces for web applications and mobile websites.
Translate business requirements, user needs, and product concepts into clear UI/UX solutions.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity UI designs from concept to implementation.
Develop reusable UI components, design patterns, and design systems to ensure consistency across digital products.
Create simple and intuitive user journeys, with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and customer experience.
Design for different user scenarios, including standard journeys, edge cases, errors, empty states, loading states, notifications, and confirmations.
Ensure designs are responsive and provide a consistent experience across different screen sizes, devices, and operating systems.
Work closely with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and accurately implemented.
Prepare design specifications, prototypes, assets, and documentation required by development teams.
Review developed applications and web interfaces against approved designs and identify UI inconsistencies, usability issues, and design improvements.
Participate in usability testing, design reviews, user research, competitor analysis, and feedback sessions.
Analyse user feedback and product insights to identify opportunities to improve existing digital experiences.
Maintain and evolve existing design systems, UI libraries, and digital experiences.
Ensure all designs are aligned with established brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
Stay up to date with current mobile UI/UX trends, interaction patterns, accessibility standards, and digital design practices.
Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, business stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams throughout the design and development lifecycle.
