Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5–8 years in Trade Finance or corporate banking operations.
• Good understanding of KYC/AML requirements for Trade Finance.
• Proficiency in Turkish and English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Trade Finance operations in line with policies and local regulations.
• Support client onboarding, including KYC/AML processes and controls.
• Process loan transactions, disbursements and settlements; prepare client statements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Compliance, Credit, Legal, Product, clients and financial institutions to ensure timely execution.
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide operational support and feedback.
• Contribute to process improvements, system testing and broader Trade Finance initiatives.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Banking, Engineering or a related field
