Job summary

Wavin, Orbia’s Building & Infrastructure business, is seeking a technical expert to lead product knowledge across piping systems and infrastructure projects in Turkey. You will train customers and internal teams, advise on system design, and support tenders with technical input.

Travel to sites may be required to ensure correct installation and alignment with technical standards. Fluency in English and Turkish is essential for effective communication with international teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Civil, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in piping systems, construction, infrastructure, or related product groups.
• Strong technical knowledge of product applications, system design, and installation practices.
• Ability to explain complex technical solutions to customers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English and Turkish; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical expert for Wavin product portfolios, including piping systems, infrastructure, and water management solutions.
• Deliver technical product trainings, workshops, and presentations to customers and internal teams via the Wavin Academy.
• Support sales teams during projects and tenders by providing technical input, system recommendations, and solution guidance.
• Advise customers on product selection, application suitability, and integrated system solutions aligned with project requirements.
• Conduct site visits to ensure correct product installation and application in line with technical standards and best practices.
• Serve as a key technical interface between Sales, Marketing, and customers to ensure consistent and accurate knowledge transfer.
• Contribute to strengthening Wavin’s technical reputation and customer confidence through high-quality support and expertise.
