Job summary

Wavin is seeking a seasoned Technical Expert to lead product application, system design, and technical support across piping systems and infrastructure projects. You will deliver trainings and workshops via the Wavin Academy and collaborate with Sales to provide technical input for proposals and site installations.

Fluency in English and Turkish is required, along with a willingness to travel. The role reports to the technical sales team within Wavin’s Building & Infrastructure division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Civil, or related.
• Minimum 5 years in piping systems, construction, infrastructure, or related product groups.
• Strong knowledge of product applications and system design.
• Ability to explain technical solutions to customers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English and Turkish; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical expert for Wavin product portfolios, including piping systems, infrastructure, and water management solutions.
• Deliver technical product trainings, workshops, and presentations to customers and internal teams via the Wavin Academy.
• Support sales teams during projects and tenders by providing technical input, system recommendations, and solution guidance.
• Advise customers on product selection, application suitability, and integrated system solutions aligned with project requirements.
• Conduct site visits to ensure correct product installation and application in line with technical standards and best practices.
• Serve as a key technical interface between Sales, Marketing, and customers to ensure consistent and accurate knowledge transfer.
• Contribute to strengthening Wavin’s technical reputation and customer confidence through high-quality support and expertise.
