Job summary

UltaHost is expanding its HR team and seeks a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment of senior and mid-level technical professionals across software engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure.

You will partner with CTOs and engineering leaders to define hiring strategies, build a premium candidate experience, and maintain a high-quality pipeline through proactive sourcing and analytics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment for senior roles.
• Experience recruiting software engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure.
• Fluent English, strong communication and stakeholder skills.
• Proficient with ATS and recruitment analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage full-cycle recruitment for senior technical roles.
• Define hiring strategies with CTO and engineering managers.
• Source, assess, and engage candidates with JavaScript, Python, Go.
• Lead technical interviews and advise on assessments.
• Build a high-quality senior talent pipeline via LinkedIn and referrals.
• Analyze data to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
• Ensure premium candidate experience aligned with employer brand.
• Mentor junior recruiters if applicable.
