Medsien Inc. is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead our growing engineering team in a fast-paced, remote-capable environment. You will collaborate with Product, Sales, and Design to ensure smooth data flow and high-quality software.

The role reports to the CEO and works with Turkish and US teams, overseeing front-end, back-end, test, and mobile developers, while partnering with the Product Team. Excellent English and a strong leadership mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• 4+ years of leading engineering teams.
• Experience with Python/Django, Ruby on Rails, or similar web development frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, or a related field.
• Perfect English skills, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Manage a growing and motivated team of software engineers to develop, test and deploy high available and scalable products.
• Identify and measure team health indicators and improve performance.
• Partner with product management to deliver value for stakeholders and customers.
• Implement disciplined engineering and operations processes.
• Ensure focus on priorities, milestones, and deliverables.
• Deliver quality managed services in a timely manner.
• Mentor and develop the engineering team; stay updated on new technologies.
