Job summary

Atos is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a scale-up phase in Ankara to develop and enhance air defence command and control systems. You will design, implement, and maintain software across back-end and front-end layers using C#, .NET, Angular and TypeScript within an Agile team.

You will mentor juniors, participate in code reviews, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams on complex defense projects.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of proven experience in software development.
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Framework development.
• RESTful API design and integration (XML, JSON, etc.).
• Extensive experience with Angular (v10+) and TypeScript. Experience with React is also considered valuable.
• Experience with ORM frameworks and concepts, including concurrency management, loading strategies, validation, and caching.
• Experience with source control and configuration management tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps, TFS, ClearCase).
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration and DevOps concepts
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Ability to perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Experience with front-end architecture, component-based development.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications.
• Design and document technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain applications in line with Atos processes and industry standards.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and refactoring.
• Support release deployments and resolve post-production issues.
• Participate actively in team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and technical discussions.
• Provide timely support to customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions.
• Write clear technical documentation and present complex information effectively.
