Job summary

Teasol Technologies in Turkey is seeking a Senior Software Developer/Architect to design and build core telecom platforms powering 5G/6G and private networks. You will lead distributed systems, microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, and collaborate with OSS/BSS, RAN, and NFV teams to deliver scalable, high-performance software.

You will mentor engineers, promote coding excellence, and help shape the architecture in a hybrid working environment that balances on-site collaboration with remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Telecommunications.
• 5+ years of software development experience in telecom, networking, or distributed systems.
• Proficient in Go, C++, Java, or Python.
• Experience with microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, and REST or gRPC APIs.
• Familiarity with 3GPP, O-RAN, NFV and telecom protocols.
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, or Cassandra.
• CI/CD, observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
