Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and infrastructure using internal monitoring tools.
• Respond to alerts and incidents, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT and support to ensure service continuity.
• Maintain incident logs and technical documentation.
• Assist with routine maintenance such as updates, patches, and configuration checks.
• Support monitoring and implementation of basic security protocols.

• Monitor network performance and infrastructure using internal monitoring tools

• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and support teams to ensure service continuity
• Maintain incident logs and technical documentation
• Assist with routine maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and configuration checks
• Support the monitoring and implementation of basic security protocols
