Job summary

Solvia Digital Solutions seeks a highly motivated SAP SuccessFactors Expert to join our global HR technology team in Turkey. You will combine deep SF expertise with project management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking to drive HR technology initiatives and analytics.

You will own HR systems projects from planning to execution, manage dependencies and risks, and deliver clear management summaries to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
• Experience with Integration Center and API-based integrations.
• Advanced Story Reporting expertise.
• Experience managing mass uploads and HR data projects.
• Knowledge of Payroll, Compensation, and Goal Management processes.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and drive outcomes.
• Advanced in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive HR systems projects from planning through execution.
• Manage dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide clear management summaries and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Ensure transparency, accountability, and effective communication throughout project delivery.
• Lead initiatives within SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
• Manage mass data uploads, data quality improvements, and HR data governance activities.
• Design and support integrations using Integration Center and APIs.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and identify sustainable solutions.
• Support discussions with external vendors and implementation partners.
• Design and optimize Story Reports that deliver actionable business insights.
• Advise HR teams on reporting best practices and scalable reporting solutions.
• Train stakeholders on reporting capabilities and data interpretation.
• Support advanced reporting and analytics requirements.
• Support projects involving Payroll, Compensation, Goal Management, and Employee Central data.
• Contribute to initiatives that extend beyond standard SuccessFactors functionality.
• Collaborate on integration, automation, and SAP BTP-related solutions when required.
