Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. in Turkey seeks a proactive Lead SAP MM/SD Retail Consultant to shape and deliver SAP Retail functional solutions. You will guide end-to-end implementations and set strategic directions for project delivery across SAP Logistics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as SAP Retail functional consultant.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams of SAP consultants.
• Deep knowledge of SAP Logistics (SD/MM).
• Strong track record managing full project lifecycles.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Fluent English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end SAP Retail solutions (ECC).
• Own and oversee SAP consulting projects from scope to delivery.
• Guide master data, configuration, and testing activities.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget project outcomes.
• Act as primary contact for senior stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach team members.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities and proposals.
