Qualifications

• Production-grade Rust experience building high-performance, concurrent systems.
• Hands-on experience in a systematic trading environment (HFT, Market Making, Quantitative Trading).
• Strong AWS and Linux expertise, including latency-sensitive workloads and production troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Python for strategy development and tooling.
• Familiarity with trading system protocols and market data feeds.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimise low-latency, mission‑critical trading systems.
• Own key trading stack components end‑to‑end — from architecture to production.
• Collaborate with quants, traders and engineers to improve performance and resilience.
• Maintain and evolve trading infrastructure with focus on performance, stability and observability.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across exchanges, execution and data feeds.
• Drive engineering standards through code reviews and technical leadership.
