You'll take on a leadership position while guiding the evolution of our backend systems. The ideal candidate has over 6 years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on Rust, asynchronous programming, and microservices development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Rust experience with 6+ years in software engineering.
• Deep practical knowledge of asynchronous programming in Rust.
• Strong experience with memory management optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain microservices and applications.
• Profile and optimize execution paths, database queries.
• Conduct technical code reviews and ensure high test coverage.
