Job summary

OMNIVERSE in Istanbul is seeking a Red Team Professional (Senior/Mid-Level) to design and execute realistic attack simulations to evaluate client security controls and incident response capabilities. The role blends on-site collaboration with work-from-home flexibility in a full-time hybrid setup.

You will plan and conduct penetration tests, adversary emulation, and social engineering campaigns, and deliver post-engagement reports with technical and business-oriented recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year degree or equivalent hands-on security experience.
• Proven expertise in penetration testing, red teaming, and adversary emulation.
• Strong report writing and ability to convey findings to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute realistic attack simulations to assess client defenses.
• Plan and conduct pentests, adversary emulation, and social engineering campaigns.
• Produce clear technical reports and executive summaries with remediation guidance.
• Collaborate with blue teams and client stakeholders; contribute to tooling and playbooks.
