Job summary

Gizli is seeking a Senior Offensive Security Specialist (Red Team) to drive adversarial testing across the organization. You will simulate real-world attack scenarios, assess the effectiveness of security controls, and enhance detection and response capabilities within a mature security program.

The role requires hands-on experience with AD, cloud environments, and a broad toolset, including BloodHound, Cobalt Strike, and Burp Suite. Strong reporting and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Information Security.
• 3+ years in Red Teaming/Offensive Security.
• Proven experience in enterprise network/AD security assessments.
• Experience in banking/regulated industries is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of AD, Kerberos, LDAP, NTLM and authentication mechanisms.
• Experience with AD attack techniques (Kerberoasting, DCSync, Pass-the-Hash, etc.).
• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 and API security testing.
• Proficient in at least one language (Python/PowerShell/C#/Go).
• Certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, PNPT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Red Team operations across the organization.
• Simulate TTPs used by real threat actors.
• Develop attack scenarios aligned with MITRE ATT&CK.
• Assess effectiveness of security controls and defensive technologies.
• Evaluate SOC/Blue Team detection and response capabilities.
• Demonstrate business impact of security weaknesses via realistic attacks.
• Perform AD attack path analyses and privilege escalation tests.
• Collaborate with Purple Team exercises and validate SIEM/EDR coverage.
• Automate testing processes and customize security tools.
• Prepare technical reports and executive risk summaries.
