Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology or relevant field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in raw material manufacturing within lingerie/apparel.
Strong technical expertise in knitting, dyeing, finishing, printing, and QA.
Solid understanding of raw material cost structures and processing cost build-up.
Hands-on experience applying QA methodologies in the textile industry.
Proven leadership, talent development and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Manage raw material sourcing strategy, including supplier identification, evaluation, and allocation.
Initiate and manage sourcing and development activities from concept to adoption.
Review and validate material specifications, pricing, and lead times.
