Job summary

COLIN’S is seeking a seasoned professional to lead end-to-end sourcing for woven fabrics and ready-to-wear products. You will drive cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery across collections, coordinating with Product Management and global suppliers.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in product/brand management, strong woven category expertise, and advanced English. Travel domestically and internationally is required in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Textile Engineering).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in product, brand or category management.
• At least 5 years of experience in woven production and team management.
• Strong product knowledge and a global supplier network in the woven category.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1 level).
• No restrictions for domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities

• To manage the end-to-end sourcing processes of fabrics and ready-to-wear products in the woven category in line with target cost, quality, and lead time objectives.
• To oversee and control the entire process—from collection and fabric purchasing to final product shipment—based on pricing, quantity, and store entry plans determined by Product Management, contributing to cost efficiency and gross margin targets.
