Job summary

YEO is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Proposal Specialist to join our team in Türkiye. The role focuses on cost analyses, project drawings, and assisting business developers with proposal information. Fluency in English and strong MS Office skills are essential.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 5 years in proposal/tender preparation for substation, solar, BESS, or EPC projects, and excel in analytical thinking, teamwork, and time management under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in proposal/tender prep for substation, solar, BESS, or EPC projects.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency (Excel).
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost analyses and cost estimations for solar, BESS, substation and EPC projects.
• Prepare project drawings and technical layouts supporting proposals.
• Review inputs from business developers and report on project data.
• Share proposal and cost reports with management.
• Track industry innovations in solar, BESS, and EPC trends.
• Deliver tasks on time, optimizing labor, time, and materials.
